Navalur sits about 2 km from the OMR IT corridor and a short drive from Sholinganallur, with schools, hospitals and malls along OMR. It is one of the few OMR pockets with room for a gated villa community.

Chembarambakkam is on the Chennai–Bengaluru Highway side of west Chennai, with road access towards Poonamallee, Porur and the industrial belt.

Navalur on OMR is an established IT-corridor address. Daily needs, schools and hospitals are along the main road, and the area is popular with IT professionals and rental investors.
DRA iHeart
Located in the Navalur belt of OMR, this project is close to the IT parks and to the rest of the OMR retail and school network, which supports both self-use and rental demand.
